Calliden Emergency Assist

Calliden policy holders affected by the Severe Storm Event in Melbourne are encouraged to contact their Broker or call our 24 - hour insurance hotline on 1300 880 037 for assistance with their claims.

Due to the volume of calls we are experiencing, if you are unable to speak with someone please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can lodge your non urgent claims via email at cil@claimsservices.com.au

Upon notification of a claim, arrangements will be made for a Loss Adjuster to contact the Insured to provide first-hand advice and support as required.

CSA operates two centralised claims management centres in Sydney and Melbourne, supported by branch offices around Australia to support our assessing and claims teams.
