Calliden policy holders affected by the Severe Storm Event in Melbourne are encouraged to contact their Broker or call our 24 - hour insurance hotline on 1300 880 037 for assistance with their claims.
Due to the volume of calls we are experiencing, if you are unable to speak with someone please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can lodge your non urgent claims via email at cil@claimsservices.com.au
Upon notification of a claim, arrangements will be made for a Loss Adjuster to contact the Insured to provide first-hand advice and support as required.

Dawes Policy Improvements
Dawes offer highly specialised car insurance for prestige and high end vehicles, bikes and special vehicles.
Dawes have recently made the following improvements to their Motor Vehicle policy improving the niche cover that they have provided for over 20 years:

| This benefit not previously available | Lifetime no claim bonus if insured with Dawes for 3 consecutive years without a claim. |
| $1,000 limit to replace stolen keys and re-coding and /or re-keying locks. | This limit has been removed as long as the theft or attempted theft of the keys has been reported to the police. |
| $250 excess for windscreen claims in Western Australia | This excess has been removed. |
| Cover for front windscreen | Cover extended to include front, side and rear windscreen. |

Calliden makes QUS its strata specialist
Calliden Group is pleased to announce the transfer of its existing commercial strata portfolio to Queensland Underwriting Solutions Pty Ltd (QUS).
QUS will also handle all new strata enquiries for the Group.
QUS are specialists in the development of property owner insurance products and are 100% committed to distributing these products via insurance brokers only. QUS products are underwritten by Calliden Insurance Limited.
Effective 1 February 2010, QUS will manage ALL strata quotations and new business requests for the Group
Existing policies with an expiry date of 1 March 2010 and beyond will receive a renewal offer from QUS.
